A timber-lined sauna on a boat moored in Victoria Harbour, with ice baths on board and the city behind you. Two ways in: a shared session at $55 a head, capped at four guests, so you may well end up with the place to yourself; or the whole boat for an hour at $220 for up to five people, with a sauna master on hand. Thursday to Sunday only, 7am to 7.20pm, and bookings are essential - there is no walking onto a boat.
