Infrared sauna, cold plunges and a hot magnesium spa in Essendon - one of very few options in the north-west, where the bathhouse boom has largely skipped. Two ways in: a communal session capped at four people an hour for $58, or a private room with its own two-person sauna for $74. Weekend prices are the same as weekday, which is unusual here. Two-hour sessions are $110 and $140. Closed Mondays, and Tuesday to Friday it shuts for an hour and a half in the middle of the day, so check before heading over at lunchtime.
