Heated seawater bathing on the St Kilda foreshore, in the 1930s Sea Baths building: a 25-metre seawater pool, a seawater hydrotherapy spa and a unisex aromatherapy steam room looking over the bay. There is no dry sauna. Open from 5am on weekdays - the earliest opening of anywhere on this site - and $15 for adult casual entry, which is one of the cheapest warm-water soaks in Melbourne. You can walk in. Public holidays are shorter, 8am to 4.30pm.
